At LittleMuggy, every single mug is made especially for you as soon as you place an order. This custom approach helps us reduce overproduction and ensure the highest quality for your morning magic.
1. Processing Time (Production)
Since your items are personalized and printed on demand, please allow 2–5 business days for us to create your custom piece.
- Please note: During holiday seasons (November–December), production may take up to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Estimates
Once your order is ready and quality-checked, we ship it directly to your doorstep. Estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 3–6 business days.
- Canada: 5–10 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days.

4. Tracking Your Magic
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the carrier scans your package.
5. Address Changes
Double-check your address! Because we start the automated production process quickly, we can only guarantee address changes within 2 hours of placing your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Items?
If your mug arrives broken or gets lost in the mail, don't worry! Just send a photo of the damaged item and your order number to bts.st@zohomail.eu within 7 days of delivery, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
